Use of the premises

You make your reservation by phone, contact form or 24/7 online booking.

For events after 10 p.m., the house rules must be observed (outdoor gear can no longer be used, music & sound at room volume)

Overdrafting of the hours booked

  It is usually possible to cover the booked time if the room after you is not occupied.

For half-day bookings (5 hours) and full-time bookings (10 hours), each additional hour is billed at the applicable hourly price. For example, if you have booked a half-day booking (5 hours) but overdraw by 2 hours, you pay the agreed half-day package plus 2x the regular hourly price.

Cancel:  
Cancellation is possible on the following terms: 50% of the agreed total price applies.

6 days to 2 days before booking a reservation

Cancel: 
Cancellation is possible at this time at the following conditions: 75% of the agreed price on rooms and equipment, plus 25% of the drinks fee plus 100% of the booked catering.
